This service is ideal where accurate, up-to-date plans are required but where only the basic building structure is required. As a result we are able to survey large estate portfolios quickly and cost effectively – ideal for space planning or estates management software applications such as 3i Studio’s EstateSuite. The results provide an excellent basis for adding further information, when budgets or needs allow, such as lighting layouts, fire equipment, plant or sanitary fittings.
