A division of 3i fm, 3i Surveys is a UK, Midlands based company with national and international coverage providing the very best in Land and Building survey services to the construction and facilities management markets both for government and corporate commerce. The company was formed in 1991 and was incorporated in March 2002.

Using the latest technologies and with an enthusiastic and highly motivated team of surveyors and technicians, 3i Surveys are able to offer a comprehensive and highly competitive surveying service. Projects range from producing legal boundary plans for small health clinics to site and building plans for the full property portfolios of entire NHS Trusts and county police forces.
